Azam Khan is a promising Pakistani cricketer who plays as a wicket-keeper batsman. He was born on June 10, 1998, in Karachi, Pakistan. Azam is the son of former Pakistan cricketer Moin Khan, who was a wicket-keeper and played 69 Tests and 219 ODIs for Pakistan.
Azam Khan made his debut in first-class cricket in the 2019-20 season, playing for the Karachi Kings in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. He scored 437 runs in his debut season, which included two centuries and two fifties. He also played for the Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) in 2020.
Azam Khan's big break came in the 2021 season of the PSL, where he played for the Quetta Gladiators once again. He was in fine form throughout the tournament, scoring 173 runs in seven innings at an average of 34.60 and a strike rate of 133.08.
